I have been working at Siemens

    Pros

Siemens is a global organization, with the appropriate challenges and opportunities. If you are adept and building and sustaining relationships, and like working with colleagues globally, you will probably love working here.

    Cons

Being a global organization with over 400,000 employees means that communication can be challenging at times. It's hard, but not impossible, to stand out when surrounded by so much talent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue creating and sustaining opportunities for cross cluster communication and best practice sharing. Remain dedicated to hiring and keeping the best talent.

I have been working at Siemens

    Pros

Family oriented; lots of chance for scientific growth; No micro-managing; great benefits and insurance; company laptop/cell phones; good bonuses for the most part.

    Cons

Sometimes too much restructuring; some managers show little respect to employees; Little opportunity for advancement; cutting back on merit increases and bonuses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want your employees to be productive, quite talking to them as though they are children and talk to them like they are colleagues and equals.
