I have been working at Sigma-Aldrich

    Pros

Not a bad place to start. 1-2 years then use experience elsewhere. Very poor promotion potential.

    Cons

Very little opportunity to move around in company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to less don't assume people will want to stay in the same position for ever. Allow people to make decisions without total control.
