Pros

Working interdependently. Good employees (not management)

Cons

Pay rate, raises and or reviews. Company did little to no reviews. False promises from upper management. Many many miles on your car/truck. Some upper management needs to worry the entire division as apposed to the little guys; that's why there DM/Sups/Project Managers. As for the owners of the company that's a whole new box of issues. Their priorities are screwed up.

Advice to Management

Recognize the employees that go above and beyond for you. Its us who are making you the money you put on your kitchen table to feed your kids.

    Pros

They basically leave you alone to work for the customer. Nice enough people.

    Cons

You are expendable at any time - no loyalty. Their only concern in life is micro-managing expenses. Your hours (heaven forbid you are 1 minute over 40 hrs. - you are threatened with extra training up to termination - for one minute) are a weeklong job for someone. You better hope your customer let's you know how you are actually doing - you do not hear it from SRS unless there is a problem. Finally, doesn't really seem they are too picky who their middle-management is. Again, nice enough, but actual intelligence seems a bit light - certainly not thinking for themselves.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like they are actually your employees. There is more to life than worrying about hours. Are their any advancement opportunities (would never know)?

    Pros

Nice co-workers and the ability to have a somewhat flexible schedule

    Cons

Low pay, with almost no room for advancement. If you do advance, the manager positions all work long hours for low pay. No one except the owners make a respectable income. You are forced to clock in twice, so they can bill two customers at once. Terrible benefits.

    Advice to Management

Try being honest with your employees and customers.
