    I worked at Signature Retail Services part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Travel in the usa, independent work environments, decent but untrained coworkers, you learn to do things that you couldn't do before

    Cons

    Scape goats of employee by middle management; awful life-style now - have to share crappy hotel rooms with co-worker(s), barely enough ($25 a day) per dehum for food and stuff, never having enough help on bigger jobs then run like headless chickens to "fix" when the clients stuff hits the fan and the manager goes into rage, spoilered brat management that lies to employees and clients alike, charges to clients for the employees benefit that don't get passed on to employees. On and on.

    Look in the mirror to fix things.

    I have been working at Signature Retail Services full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Self Manage, meet new people, develop customer service and problem solving skills.

    Cons

    Annoying counting of minutes, no accountability for actual position, no room for career advancements.

    Care more about performance and less whether someone works 39.5 hours or 40
