    I have been working at Signature Retail Services full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Good benefits, good pay, and full time positions guaranteed. (To start) Work in different locations with no one standing over your shoulder. Very fast paced during busy season.

    Cons

    Communication is null. It is as if no one really knows what is going on. Upper management will be the only employees left in the end. Promises made are not kept and without notice they will drop you like a hot potato.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat your people better or you will have none.

    I worked at Signature Retail Services full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Nobody is looking directly over your shoulder. You are allowed to work at your own pace as long as you get the work done in 8 hours or less.

    Cons

    The supervisors are lazy as can be. The supervisors get paid salary and they want you to hurry and get your work done in 20 hours so they can get paid for 40 hours and go home after three days of work. Then you get paid for only 20 hours of work. Oh and get this... you get screwed out of mileage reimbursement also. After driving all over the place and putting wear and tear on your car, you might end up with maybe $75 for a week worth of work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pull your heads out of your rear ends. Start managing time more wisely and keep your employees longer than 90 days. Build crews that will get the work done in 40 hours or less. If they get the work done in 20, pay them for 40. Put the crews on salary and quit screwing them.
