I have been working at Signtronix

Pros

Fairest compensation package for independent contractors.
Fully detailed plan for advancement within the company.
Opportunity for unlimited income, based on work ethic.
Signtronix is truly a salesperson's company, with excellent products at a very fair price.
Some people who think the cost is too high, fail to inspect the quality of lower priced competition.
Comparing apples to apples, there is no comparison.

Cons

No nationwide health plan for dealers. Health care is expensive, and although it would be nice to
have a paid health plan, that option is becoming less and less available for all American workers.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing. Don't let ex-I.C.'s with poor attitudes change your program.
Great products and a proven system for selling is what Signtronix does best. Cherry pickers and
wheel re-inventors rarely do well in a sales environment like this. What they do accomplish is to
gripe and post false reviews about good companies. Face it, Sales is not for everybody. If it's not for you....do something else.

    Pros

    You get paid on the spot when you make a sale. Can literally sell wherever you want. No one is really after you for call sheets, prospects you've called on. Youre really an independent contractor

    Cons

    no protected territories. You may have 7 or 8 other reps working your same metro area. It upsets the prospect when they say hey I just saw a guy from your company last week. Its a pur take away sale schem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Divise soeme protected territories. It hurts the company and the Rep when more than one person is calling in the same area.

    Commission pay only
    Turn-over rate in very high
    Very expensive product being sold
    A company that lies to hire sale employees

    Tell the truth about market areas and real sale potential. Give a hourly wage or comp gas.
