I have been working at SilkRoad Technology

    Pros

The recruiting and onboarding process are very smooth with a quick turnaround time. The work environment is very flexible and allows me to balance my work and home life better than any other employer that I have worked for. My team is great and even though I work remotely, I always feel connected and very comfortable with asking any questions I have.

    Cons

Training process could be a bit more defined.

    I worked at SilkRoad Technology

    Pros

Great people trying to support the sales team.

    Cons

The end goal is market share, not even profit. So they tend to give away free months (sometimes a full year) on their subscriptions or give away modules at a song in order to get the business. Customers get what they pay for. They're really not even focused on customer satisfaction which is sad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop talking and start executing on your promises. Treat your employees with respect. They work hard and deserve it.
