Project Manager (Current Employee)
Redwood City, CA

ProsGreat concept, helping the environment, green company

ConsNo training or management. Most managers have low EQ and are so rushed and pressured, there is no training or leading within the organization. With our contracts, we agree to more than we can handle.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't bite off more than you can chew and hire more resources, not more managers. SSN is too top heavy for a small organization

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
