Current Employee – been working at Silver Spring Networks Inc. full-time
Pros – Free lunch four days a week and baristas at headquarters once a week
Great vacation policy
Cons – No 401k matching
Hard to get people at headquarters to work on your requests if you are working remotely
Advice to Senior Management – Hire more people to do work (engineers and operations resources)
