Former Employee – worked at Silverado Senior Living full-time for more than a year

Pros – Great company philosophy, at the time I was there great people, CEO/Founders with vision, allows pets at the work place.

Cons – Raises are minimal if non existent, turnover seemed high, they have expanded rapidly in the last 5 years and I'm not sure how the company has dealt with the growth, they were known for their warm corporate culture.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to complaints of employees

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
