Your best is never enough

Marketing Representative (Current Employee) Albany, NY

ProsThe only good is working with a bunch of awesome people. I never have worked in a place where everyone has each others back as much as they do here.

ConsUnless you are willing to sell yourself by any means necessary (yes, I mean in any way necessary), you really are no use in the NYK market. The people who I have seen promoted in this company are the ones who are willing to use the company as an escort service. By this I mean, dressing in way too short of a skirt, and way to tight clothing, and pretty much have sex screaming from you are the ones who got promoted. The NYK market believes in spying on their employees to try and "catch them in the act." All the management in the NYK really needs to be replaced. They do not train anyone properly and treat their employees unfairly. They tend to lean towards the bullying method. They will leave nasty texts or messages, where they belittle you for not making their expectations on sales or leads that day.

Advice to Senior ManagementAll management in the NYK market needs to be replaced, and start over fresh. Treat your employees with respect they deserve and remember they are human.
