    Pros

Got to work at some interesting events and locations for free, but everything has its price. Buy a ticket and save your dignity.

    Cons

Unscrupulous good ol boy network spearheaded by a misogynist abusive Fred Flintstone clone. Females, be prepared to be both inappropriately hugged/groped and publicly berated within a 10 minute span. In violation of most of their employee manual.

    Advice to Management

Try to hire fewer Neanderthals. Listen to your female employees who are uncomfortable. You are just asking for a class action lawsuit. No one wants to go to work to be abused. We all know you have already been warned regarding this and your complacency speaks volumes.

    Pros

Salary is good, benefits are pretty good, supervisors are pretty flexible when it comes to scheduling, good employee discounts on stays

    Cons

Work all weekends and most holidays, not much recognition if you do well, lots of attention if you don't do well, unrealistic goals, very few tools to use to encourage owners to take part in surveys and tours

    Advice to Management

More realistic goals, give the owners something they want for attending an update meeting, make sure your directors and supervisors are competent enough to have their positions, get rid of the reps who have frequent complaints
