Pros

The pay ranges are very good for corporate positions at this company and you have plenty of opportunity to contribute and stand out in various projects company-wide. The people (including management) are very personable and the work environment was pleasant.

Cons

Prior to the sale to private equity (and probably subsequent new owners in the future) there was limited upward mobility however that may change in the upcoming years.

    Pros

    - Your appointments are set for you every day by someone else! You come in, meet with your appointments, and you leave (as long as there isn't any training going on).
    - Work hours are very manageable, especially in off-season (30-40 hrs)
    - As long as you are doing your job correctly, 20% of the people you meet with will buy, statistically.
    - Commission on high ticket items (average volume of 10k, 8% if you meet requirements for bonus)
    - Someone else (manager) helps you close your deals, and you don't have to split commissions with them!
    - You are working at a resort!

    Cons

    - STRICTLY commision. No salary. There is a draw (~$300) but it will be deducted from your next sale.
    - 3 weeks to receive commissions.

  2. Work many fun events, opportunity to make great money!
