I have been working at Silverleaf Resorts part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I enjoy this job because we encounter a variety of people with different backgrounds from all over world. On a weekly basis, we travel to different locations within the city to big events to educate people about our comapny. On top of getting into events for free and enjoying all the perks of each event, we get paid to interact with people. They do have bonuses that are easy to get with a little goal getter attitude. As long as you are a social person who enjoys a different work environment rather than an office job and likes to have fun, then this is perfect for you.

    Cons

At times when we work in big events, we do have to pay for parking. The schedule changes depending what events we are working .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I enjoy working with my manager.
