Pros – Work-life balance is respected, colleagues are friendly, dog friendly office and location at the heart of Downtown Campbell
Get to work for name brands in B2B as well as B2C space

Cons – No clearly defined growth path for employees
Culture is very heads-down in getting work deliverables out on time and this leaves less time to innovate and grow as individuals or collectively

Advice to Senior Management – Provide direction and inspiration to the youngsters in the company on a one-to-one basis
Take feedback from beyond a coterie of company old-timers
