Pros

The overall environment is brilliant as there is a strong hiring practice for "the right type of people" for the company culture

Cons

I think that opportunities for growth in the support sector are lacking a little due to geographic location being that I am in a satellite office.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More transparency regarding opportunities and job salary levels and greater possibility of cross employment within other departments.

    Silverpop has a wealth of smart, talented people and a management team focused on growing the company.

    Cons

    Management often fails to promote the most qualified. Power goes to the "latest shiny new thing" rather than proven, long-time employees.

    Very static, no career development opportunities, no salary increases, no promotions, low pay, management not sufficiently qualified to make changes that benefit employees.
