“Great place to work if you're in management...”
Current Employee – been working at Simon Property Group
Pros – Decent benefits and vacation time
Cons – Pay and opportunity for advancement. Blatantly talked down to if you aren't part of the mall management staff.
Advice to Senior Management – get rid of the dead weight (Managers/night workers who spend their nights talking to other employees rather than working)
