Pros

great coworkers, great books and authors. Upper management in my department were great and I learned a lot through the years.

Cons

low salary. company is getting very cheap with budgeting. Many good people leave because the salary is too low and they don't give raises where needed. this means that the people will leave for higher pay. I've seen this happen many times.

Advice to Management

give raises where necessary because all the good people will leave for higher pay

Compensation could be better. Benefits are good, but HR Dept is busy and sometimes hard to reach.

    Advice to Management

Continue to maintain an open policy about changes and improvements and a positive spirit for future developments and encourage individual growth from within.
