Pros – The pay scale is not bad in comparison to other organizations.
Cons – Seperation between employees and management. Communication needs improvement.
Advice to Senior Management – Recognize employees. Even if salary increases are not possible, appreciation can go a long way. Make employees feel as if they are an important part of the corporate puzzle.
