Pros – -Gain work experience in a very unique sector of the metal industry
-Very hands on work with hands off management
-Independent problem solving

Cons – -The hourly workers are resistant to change in policies and system changes
-The inventory systems were not well designed to accurately maintain a solids department running constant production processes

Advice to Senior Management – They need to put the people who not only get things done, but get them done the right way in charge. There are too many people who take detrimental shortcuts.
