Sinclair Broadcast Group – “Unsure of company early on with my employment.”
Pros
Results driven pay with good support from management.
Cons
Working for an extreme right-wing corporation. Rough start being sent out with likely too little training and backing.
Advice to Senior Management
Help is needed for newer associates, instead of simply being sent out to complete a job they are likely unfamiliar with.

I have never seen such an incompetent, unprofessional and demeaning atmosphere in my life. Not only are their management skills poor, but the atmosphere is unhealthy. There is little to NO training and management treats employees so poorly that they actually discourage sales instead of encourage productivity. My advice is...don't waste your time with this outfit.
