Singapore Airlines Cargo Employee Review

I have been working at Singapore Airlines Cargo

Pros – Good work-life balance; nice people to work with and for; encourages internal postings wherever/whenever possible; not very political; not very stressful.

Cons – Females rarely get the opportunity to work overseas; monthly remuneration isn't very high; corporate strategy comes across as unclear and confusing; 3 months severance notice which isn't common.

Advice to Senior Management – Set a clear direction for itself so that its employees will not be confused as to what the company's goals are; reduce severance notice to be in line with majority of the private sectors (i.e. 1 month)
