I have been working at Singapore Airlines full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The pay is always on time, or maybe even earlier than the pay day, good bonus, if you like to travel, it would be a good company to join, good benefit, it will provide you all kinds of medical insurance.

Cons

The company culture, I would say it's the most negative side, people there would give you different treatment according to how long you've been working with the company. Company taught their employee to be like that, it's a quite stressful work condition, they will try to push you really hard.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management doesn't care very much about human resource, lots of people of the cabin crew division quit because of the company culture, and disappointment with the classified ranking system, it needs to take a big step to turn over.

    Pros

    The regular online and classroom trainings they provide do equip you with the job knowledge and upgrading to keep abreast on the ongoings.

    Cons

    Not forgiving when a mistake is made. Less encouraging to guide the wrongs but quick to peanlise on the decision made when it is concluded as unfavourable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    New hires could save some hiring budget, retention of experienced colleagues is equally important. The gap between the newbies and oldies is getting wider~
