Good pay, good work environment, interesting every day, good people to work with. Good company to ride out a bad economy in.

Cons

Silo atmosphere, minimal career advancement opportunities, dysfunctional human resources, dysfunctional finance.

Advice to Management

increased pay and rewards, or vice versa, should be linked to performance, not who you know or who you're friends with.

    no downside, just depends on what you are looking for. career growth is not much, but good working environment offered here.

    Pros

    Very fun atmosphere. Great place to learn about business development, talent management and promotional opportnuites. Very talented on-air personalities at Sirius.

    Cons

    The management at Sirius XM loves to play favorites. Often times, people are rewarded based on their relationships with execs rather than their performance.

    Advice to Management

    There should be quarterly reviews of most employees. Management should also ask for feedback from their employees. People should be rewarded for their hard work.
