Sisters of Mercy Health System IT Management in Saint Louis, MO:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Not a sweat shop and seem to care some what about people. Push to use more technology.

Cons

Liited promotion opportunities due to to many long timers. Top IT managemnet out of touch with reality.

Advice to Senior Management

Replace CIO with a non academic and promote those who deserve it, not those we have been there the longest.
