Pros

They're often willing to work around busy schedules and in most cases offer full-time hours, but that's about it.

Cons

An emphasis is definitely placed on sales performance, sometimes at the expense of customer service.

    Somewhere flexible with Schedule. Easy-going, laid-back.

    Too many metrics that not always make cense.
    Not much options for advancement
