Sitel – “OPINIONS!!!!!”

Pros

Because Sitel has a good reputation in the market industry.Good training background for newbies who wanted to have an experience in call center industries.

Cons

They said slow improvement of management specially in HR. slow promotion.average salary which i think a not so good for a new applicant.

Advice to Senior Management

remove your written exam because i don't think it really helps, because some applicants has good selling and communication skills but not good in written exams that's why they end up failing.
