I have been working at Situation Interactive

    Pros

One of the best reasons to work at Situation is because it's an incredibly collaborative environment that values all ideas and opinions from everyone, regardless of title or level. They also promote a really fun culture.

    Cons

A con would be that the free food in the kitchen sometimes runs out before Friday afternoon.

I worked at Situation Interactive for more than 3 years

    Pros

Just to be clear, this company does not offer "free healthcare" as other reviewers have mentioned. They do cover the premiums and co-pays (which is awesome), but there is a pretty steep deductible of about $2000.

The media director does a great job standing up for the media team.

    Cons

Like most agencies, long hours, and pay is on the lower end. People come to work for this company because they are passionate about live entertainment, not for huge paychecks.
