I have been working at Six Flags

    Pros

Six Flags offers free powerade for all workers and occasionally give you free gifts like left over water bottles and more.

    Cons

They have an online schedule system meaning you don't get called in you have to check your schedule everyday because the scheduled time could be changed making you late. They also don't give you pay stubs, you have to go to a website and look it up.

  2.

A fun time and job, if you're a teenager, but the pay is often not worth the jobs you're faced with.

I have been working at Six Flags

    Pros

Benefits such as free admission, meeting new people, dealing with guests and getting people skills.

    Cons

No overtime unless you hit 52 hours (at which point, they will make sure you DO NOT work more than that for the week).
Schedulers can be completely incompetent at their jobs.
Management (ie, Lead, Supervisors) is picked mostly through favoritism, rarely based on merit. You'll often deal with supervisors and leads who are poor at their job.
Reward program is a complete joke (I'm talking Red Dot Rewards). You might bust your butt every day for weeks straight and never have a supervisor give you a red dot. It all depends on who your supervisor is.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Only promote people if you know they're going to do a good job in their position. If they are lazy and sit around or act slowly and just don't care about their job or the guests at all, don't freaking promote them.
