Interesting

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsIt is a great place to work if you want something different yet routine. I like it but it could be better.

ConsPay isn't great and benefits are really lacking. Also, there isn't much room for growth so this is more of a job than a career

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

    Miserable place to work.

    Ride Operator (Current Employee)

I have been working at Six Flags

Pros: Free admission and one free buddy pass to bring whoever I want with me. When you are scheduled, they do make sure to give you… Cons: I never had any interaction with my actual supervisors. The "team leads" were always in charge. I work on a ride with three or four… Advice to Senior Management: Train the team leads better. They have no idea what it is they're doing. Check up on the rides more and make the rules… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
