    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Six Flags part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-Extremely fun job. The vast majority of employees in the shows department enjoy their jobs. -Coworkers are friendly and easy to get a long with, possibly because they enjoy the job so much. -Management/leadership is heavily involved. Employees receive constant feedback about their performance, and supervisors are constantly available for assistance.

    Cons

-Shows department has suffered budgetary cuts caused by the company's recent financial problems. Management has done a great job of doing their best with a bad situation, but the future of the company, and therefore the department, is hard to predict. -Being an outdoor job, employees have to deal with the strange (at best) / wildly unpredictable (at worst) New England weather. -Job can be tedious on days where the park is empty.

  2. Fun and a good experience, but not the best job ever.

I worked at Six Flags part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Everyone that was around you that you worked with were great and the customer service experience you gain is wonderful.

    Cons

Being outside all day in the heat was horrible and they say they are flexible with schedule, but in the end they weren't very flexible at all.

    Advice to Management

Update rides more frequently to get more customers in the park.
