A great first job for teenagers!

Pros-Have fun while working
-Interact with friendly guests
-Save lives
-Supervisor is fun and friendly

Cons-Not a great hourly pay
-A lot of co-workers that are slackers
-Having to deal with unsatisfied guests
-Dealing with wild children

Advice to Senior ManagementRaise your pay! We're saving lives here! Not flipping burgers at McDondalds! Hire more responsible workers, and older ones! A bunch of kids are working for you. Do you really think their doing that great of a job!?
