    Work hard... No real human contact with superiors

    Pros: - You have to learn how to work in team...big advantage - Very strict... no joking around ...… Cons: -No opportunities... you hit a glass ceiling pretty quick -Can't really show you real… Advice to Senior Management: Be more human... we are not robots No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
