    Pros

Most of the people who work there are having fun doing their job. It was more like hanging out than work.
I worked in games so any downtime you could play the game or play the game's music.

    Cons

    The pay is pretty low.
It is extremely hot during the summer.
I know a lot of people who got fired in management.
Random people always hit on you and you can't leave your game.
