Former Employee - Food Service in San Antonio, TX

I worked at Six Flags part-time for less than a year

Pros

Paid weekly, work with people your age (if you are a teenager), good hours

Cons

If you work in Games you will feel lonely, if you work in Food Service expect to go above and beyond what is written in the job duties

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees should feel valued. I know there are hundreds of employees working for Six Flags but there needs to be improvements on the incentives and employee rewards system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-Update the website regularly. Many guests complain it's not being kept up with.
-Place metal bars at entrance of security. Many guests are skipping ahead and security can't be out there to enforce the rules.
-Don't make employees who cannot speak English very well take food orders for customers.
