Former Employee - Guest Services  in  Arlington, TX
Former Employee - Guest Services in Arlington, TX

I worked at Six Flags part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Follow coworkers were quite friendly. Also, job rotation was a big plus. Instead of having one position I got to continuously move around within the same department throughout the work week.

Cons

The major downfall is working outside especially during Texas summers. Customers are the other downside too many approach employees with rude aggressive attitudes on a daily basis.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reprimand employees who are not doing their jobs. Despite personal feelings promote those who have a good work ethic and who are dedicated to the company and their job.
