Great colleagues and great experiences, however the company fails to recognize employees as individuals.

    Pros

Meet a variety of skilled colleagues from many backgrounds, work with a very diverse assortment of customers/guests; 3 million per year worldwide, and a very fast paced environment. Excellent first job or jump-start job to a career. Customer service experiences are unlike anything else and provide an outstanding learning experience in communication.

    Cons

Outdoors, hot environment. Upper management and corporate office lack communication with front line employees. The company/park focus varies between managers and their personal interests, rather than the employee's. Safety is not "first", as customer service is placed well above.

    Advice to Management

The fast paced environment with the vast variety of people is an excellent basis to create an incredible, world renowned Security Department. Take advantage of the opportunity that very few entry level public safety and law enforcement agencies have. The opportunity for career development in law enforcement of any sort is unlike anything else. Do not lose that opportunity.

    Pros

Follow coworkers were quite friendly. Also, job rotation was a big plus. Instead of having one position I got to continuously move around within the same department throughout the work week.

    Cons

The major downfall is working outside especially during Texas summers. Customers are the other downside too many approach employees with rude aggressive attitudes on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

Reprimand employees who are not doing their jobs. Despite personal feelings promote those who have a good work ethic and who are dedicated to the company and their job.
