I worked at Six Flags part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Free access to the park any day of the week.
    Free tickets for friends.
Lots of people work there, easy to get to know people and make new friends
    Good first job.

    Cons

No respect given to new hires.
    Pay wasn't very well.
Extremely hot days in SoCal heat where half the park is passing out.
Most stressful job I've had, and also the lowest paying.
Will fire you for being late.
Employees are mean and try to come off professional but they're not. They work there for a reason.
Not very flexible with schedules, will fire you for missing a day that they put you to work even if you were accidentally placed on the shift.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more humble, not so mean.
