Had a nice summer job experience at a construction site

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGood opportunities, got to experience construction projects hands on. Versatile tasks, but mostly learning from others. They took time in teaching me the job at first.

ConsA little stiff working environment. The project manager didn't believe that I could actually do something / know my stuff, since I was a young girl at the time. Other staff was nicer.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet staff to know each other better and cooperate more.
