Pros – Such a great group of people, great company, and an extremely recognizable brand name to work for that most people would die for!

Cons – Such a large company, you may sometimes feel like a little fish in a huge ocean, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Advice to Senior Management – You are doing a great job, but certain aspects of the key culture of the company are now seeming to be lost.
