I have been working at Skechers U.S.A. full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

flexible schedule, really boring job. Sometimes only one manager is working and one employee and sometimes you are working with 2 other managers and no employees. Management sucks. Unit goals, UPT goals are annoying and it's hard to meet the MOD segments

    Cons

Have more employees than managers! There are more managers in the store than employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't worry about Units too much , worry about sales

    Pros

    Great teammates/staff! Cool new product.

    Cons

Lousy upper management on the retail side. Too many old school people that are smart at what they do, but have zero people skills. Regional Managers that are not honest with the people below them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's time to look at who runs the retail division. They are actually costing you money by losing great people!
