    Pros: good resources, working with the most talented people in the… Cons: there is a very little chance to move up the ladder unless you are a white boy, working 100 hours a week for 5 years… Advice to Senior Management: treat employees better No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
