    I have been working at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP full-time

    Pros

    good resources, working with the most talented people in the field, good benefit, many opportunities for different projects world wide

    Cons

    there is a very little chance to move up the ladder unless you are a white boy, working 100 hours a week for 5 years straight and kiss up to a right person. no time for personal life, no job security, and no humane sympathy can be expected. HR and legal department only cares about company's benefit and no regard for employees' quality of life.

    treat employees better
