    Pros

    Lots of exposure. The opportunity to work on some the best projects going on anywhere in the world while being surrounded by some of the best talent in the world.

    Cons

    Lots of hours. Days, night and weekends will be devoted to working on some of the best projects going on anywhere in the world. Everyone has a specific role, with very specific task, resulting in very little cross-fertilization within the firm (designers do design work, technical architects do detailing, specifiers do specifications, etc).
