Fantastic place to begin a career in technology

Technology Graduate (Current Employee)
London, England (UK)

ProsI have had a great experience on the Technology Graduate Programme so far. There are few companies that could give you exposure to such a diverse range of technologies over a two year programme. As well as the standard web, mobile, and networking technologies there are opportunities to get involved in broadcast and ISP projects that you simply wouldn't get in a standard IT job. There is good access to senior management and a real commitment to innovation, doing the right thing, and the Bigger Picture Programme which is really nice to see from a FTSE 100 company. The graduate salary is very competitive and the benefits are great (Free Sky+HD, Broadband, Health Insurance to name a few)

ConsIt can sometimes be a little slow when you first begin a new rotation whilst you familiarise yourself with the project and build up enough responsibility to do important work.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep investing in graduate resource! We will deliver value with our innovative ideas, flexibility, and network power gained from rotating through departments.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
