I have been working at Sky full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

In particular at Sky Betting & Gaming all employees are empowered to deliver in their assigned projects. Whether you are a Developer or Software Engineer, a marketeer or trader you will be given the tools required to succeed.

The business is totally transparent and daily / Weekly updates are given in open forum "Roulette Wheels" where the company gather to hear about the latest projects, successes, challenges and long term goals. Presentations are not only given by the leadership team but by all employees at all levels of the business.

The Roulette Wheels give everyone a platform to voice an opinion and feel part of the overall goals of the business, regardless of whether the project falls under your area of expertise or not.

    Cons

If table tennis, pool, xbox, regular workplace massages aren't your thing... oh well!
