Pros

The people are wonderful to work with. Travel benefits are a definite perk. It is a growing company. Travels to many cities in the US and Canada.

Cons

Since our company has been growing, we have had to conform to our mainline partners ways. But that is not always happening. No snacks or buy on boards to offer on flights. Same snack box for first class for almost two years.

Advice to Management

Changes need to be made to how your employees are treated. Management gets to benefit while the crews and other staff suffer. Less bonuses, etc. Moral is down. It is affecting the quality of service we use to pride ourselves on.

    Pros

They can at least make payroll.

    Cons

Benefits have been "chipped" away the last few years.
Severely understaffed. Crews are abused by crew "support".

  2. Solid Company, Well Run

    Pros

Very well managed. The company will be an industry leader for a long time.

    Cons

It's an airline, so it operates 365 days a year. There are associated issues in getting holidays off, of course. It comes with the territory.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to reopen direct communication from management to front-line employees. The company is getting much larger, and communication and a family atmosphere are critical.
