good company, questionable future

ProsGreat atmosphere, good people, creative work environment, speak and be heard.

ConsMinimal growth opportunities, minimal education reimbursement. Dealer network has too much power and often pushes back at corporate. Manufacturing concerns often take a back seat to marketing pressures.

Advice to Senior ManagementPut top employees in position for advancement, both in leadership and education.
