Current Employee – been working at Sloan Valve
Pros – Positive learning environment, genuine support of good ideas, great health package, rare to say no on expenses that projects require.
Cons – Unnecessary politics; some stagnant decision-making on "obvious" issues; senior management tends to EOY-review based primarily on impressions
Advice to Senior Management – Unify your message at exec level (getting better); you are doing very well at being a market leader.
