    Pros

Friendly CEO and they try their best to create a welcoming office environment. They offer reasonable compensation/benefits.

    Cons

The company has an identity crisis, and is more like a start-up even though they have been around for 10 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There definitely needs to be more training/ employee interaction so everyone is on the same page/working towards the same goal.

    Doesn't Recommend
