ConsStill not as many resources as we should have. Would be great to have a few more staff.
Summers are really busy - hard to always get time off.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep your passion for what we are doing
Put the right systems in place to handle our growth
Spend more time on HR - we need to get people hired faster!
