I have been working at SmartFocus full-time

Pros

The people at Emailvision have some fantastic team spirit and are really hard working. It never ceases to amaze me how prepared people are to go the extra mile, especially when it comes to account management and service delivery. Furthermore, there's real optimism that the new executive leadership team can help introduce the improvements required to make it a truly great place to work.

Cons

There's rarely a time when things stay the same for long and the aforementioned new leadership team is unlikely to mean that changes any time soon, so if you're looking for something more routine then this perhaps isn't the place to be.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen more to staff and customers - we have some fantastic clients and some great talent, so make the most of it. Also, communicate as often and as transparently as you can.

    I worked at SmartFocus full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    -Nice and friendly co-workers
    -Management is flexible with your personal requests
    -Nice and centrally located offices
    -Lunch tickets and private health insurance paid by the company

    Cons

    -No proper training program for new hires
    -Lack of organization
    -Support a product that is completely unreliable, full of bugs, that clients pay a large amount of money to use and has something failing almost every day. Some issues can take weeks to fix
    -Understaffed, consequently providing poor support to the clients which are obviously frustrated

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest more in infrastructure and support in order to provide a better product and service to the clients.
